You might wonder: “What could be difficult about renting apartments?” Well, all you need to do is collect money from tenants every month, buy new apartments, rent them, develop your business...

Sounds easy, right? Actually, no, as there is something standing in the way of your happiness: the tenants!

Not a day will go by without them providing you with entertainment! Late payments or refusal to pay are the norm here, not to mention extreme behavior in the form of attacks on your esteemed person!

But you, as the landlord, have a rich arsenal of resources and tools. So don't be indebted to your tenants!

Use your wits or force in the situations with problematic tenants. You can wait to collect payment or evict a tenant, but be careful! Tenants protect access to their homes. Therefore, sometimes you will have to use other means, e.g. call the police, climb through a window, or call a friend who can pick locks…

Discover new districts with completely new apartments waiting to be purchased and then rented!

Of course, new places mean new people with a whole lot of new problems… for you!
