O jogo traz nova jogabilidade que junta o melhor do TS4 Vampiros, através do Fame Perk System, com o sistema de carreiras activas do TS4 - Get to Work. No entanto o jogo peca pela repetibilidade da carreira, assim como um mundo pequeno com imensas oportunidades de construção que foram desperdiçadas. Se tiver de escolher entre esta expansão e outras, escolha ao invés o Pets ou Seasons, mas esta só aconselho comprar TS4 - Get Famous em promoção.
