a) a horse
b) let's you ride it
then yes, this is just the game for you.
If you're looking for a game that has you interact with horses, talk to people, DO THINGS, and play an actual game with an actual plot of any sort -- then keep looking.
Also, watch out for the nighttime glitches, which should come with an epilepsy warning.

- you can buy more versions of your horse with different (mirrored) colors
- terrible jumping mechanic while on horseback
- bad camera controls (nonexistent on horseback)
- no plot, no interesting tasks or characters, no diversity or differences between the horses
