I'm not a huge gamer, but A Plague Tale: Requiem is a game that I know will stay close to my heart. The story is astonishing, constantly keeping me intrigued about what’s coming next. The relationship between Amicia and her little brother Hugo is the soul of this journey—there’s such tenderness in the way she cares for him, doing everything possible to protect him and find a cure for his illness. What makes their bond even more special is that Amicia’s love isn’t just gentle—it’s fierce. She will do anything to keep him safe, even if it means taking a life when someone threatens him.

The gameplay is mostly stealth-based, allowing you to choose how to approach situations—whether by sneaking past enemies or facing them head-on. Sometimes you’re forced to kill, but in other moments, you can take a different path, which makes me wonder if these choices will have consequences in the end.

One of the things I love the most is the game's atmosphere. Some places are grotesque, filled with rats, corpses, and decay that you can almost feel, while others are breathtakingly beautiful, making you wish you could step inside and see them in person.

Overall, A Plague Tale: Requiem is an unforgettable experience, blending an emotional story, engaging gameplay, and stunning visuals. It’s a journey that I will always remember.

  • Fast
A Plague Tale Requiem is indeed a great game. It surpasses the first game both in terms of gameplay, story and graphics! If you were on the fence on whether or not to purchase, I'd definitely say go for it!

Great emotional story, astonishing scenery. Definitely should be played but first you should check the first game to get in the story from the start. The flow of the game is excellent. Sometimes weapon select is a bit tricky but it didn't bother me that much personally.
Deserves the full price, what an experience. There is so much more to do with gameplay it is still pretty basic. Later chapters might feel rushed because of many cutscenes but it was ok, the music and scenery made up for it.

  • Improved Gameplay
  • Less annoying Hugo
  • Minor bugs
Second part of Amicia and Hugo adventures. The game offers stunning views, and a great story, with a thought-provoking dilemas, as well as complicated plot. The combat and crafting systems have been significantly improved.

There are a few minor issues I hav with the game, but just for the plot, I am giving it 10/10. Buy it. You won't regret it.
  • Moving story beats
  • More varied gameplay
  • Better item crafting
Incredible game. I enjoy it so much. I can recommend to everyone. The first episode was cool too but this second is much better ever. I waited such a long time for this game and it did not dissapoint me.
