RUINER 2 evolves the cult-classic top-down shooter into a deep, systems-driven Action RPG. Return to the industrial hellscapes of Rengkok and the wasteland beyond with unique playable Shells and a combat style defined by your choices. RUINER 2 evolves the fight, but the formula remains the same. The opponents are still savage. The crowd still closes in. The only way is still through. Stop killing, and you're dead.

In Rengkok, corporations control your life. They hold the copyright to your death, too. You are trapped in a cycle of servitude where dying is a breach of contract. WELCOME BACK, PUPPIES

The ‘Shell System’ allows you to command a roster of up to three unique bodies, switching between them instantly during the fight. Rather than being locked into a single class for a hundred hours, you build a roster. Each ‘Shell’ is different: distinct playstyle, abilities, and a different role in the slaughter. 

KILLER COLLABORATIONS

Combat in Rengkok is a high-speed puzzle: reflexes keep you alive, and strategy keeps you winning. Knowing when to swap and what to chain will make the difference. You will chain skills across your ‘Shells’ to build combat loops that compound with every rotation. The same rules apply whether you're running a solo or teaming up with three players in co-op.

NEW TOYS

Every piece of salvaged tech is a step toward survival or a step too far. Outfit your ‘Shells’ with weapons, protective gear, and internal implants, but every item draws from that Shell's resources. There are no free slots, only trade-offs. Push your gear further with crafting, and the stakes and risks go higher with every attempt.

Every Shell in your roster features a deep, specialized progression path. You get four skills with branching nodes that change how those skills behave. The deeper you go, the more variations and combinations you can unlock.

• You Are the Hacker

  In Rengkok, power is control. You are a hacker who hijacks other heroes, turning them into “puppies” called ‘Shells’. Defeat unique bosses, add them to your collection, and put them on your leash.

• Your Shell Roster is your build

  Every Shell you obtain goes to your Garage. Your Shell Roster is your build: pick three for solo or two for co-op, and swap between them on the fly.

• Use Synergies

  Every Shell has a role. Master your synergies to trigger cascading damage that no single Shell could pull off alone. The deeper your combinations, the further you can push.

• Hacker Progression

  Respect levels your Hacker. Spend respect on the Neural Network  - a passive tree that shapes your entire roster and defines your build. There are endless combinations you can explore.

• Shell Progression

  Each Shell grows. Four skills, three branching paths each, and dozens of nodes that redefine each Shell's playstyle. Mix and match across your roster to create deadly combinations.

• Overload System

  Every Shell runs on three resources: Power, CPU, and Memory. Every piece of gear draws from that Shell's pool. There are no free slots, only trade-offs, so gear up smart.

• Limitless Crafting

  Every upgrade is a bet. Push further, and the Complexity Factor climbs. The item can change in ways you didn't plan for. How far you push is your call.

  Fight through escalating tiers across Rengkok's darkest districts: stronger enemies, better loot, no ceiling.
