Als Fan der Resident Evil Reihe finde ich Village sehr gelungen. Natürlich gibt es hier und da schwächen im Spiel, diese haben aber meinem spielspaß nicht geschadet. Es erinnert mit einigen Elementen an Resident Evil 4 mit Koffer, Händler und Waffenupgrades. Das gibt dem Spiel eine andere Dynamic als beim Vorgänger. Was auch dabei ist und natürlich nicht fehlen darf ist die Kurbel. Gameplay technisch ist es sehr solide aber man merkt, dass die Menüführung sehr stark auf einen Controller ausgelegt ist und weniger für Maus/Tastatur.
