Gioco che in Italia su pc non so in quanti si sono cagati sinceramente. Il gioco come da titolo è basato sulla sopravvivenza ti ritrovi in questo mondo in cui qualsiasi cosa va a tuo sfavore. Gioco comunque a mio parere molto divertente e abbastanza difficile sopratutto nelle prime fasi di gioco in cui se vuoi mangiare e bere devi lottare veramente dato che ti mette molta ma molta tensione. Unica pecca il titolo: Konami poteva creare un altro videogioco senza chiamarlo Metal Gear dato che di questo prende semplicemente il motore grafico e il gameplay di The Phantom Pain. Per il resto non è un Metal Gear. Mi aspettavo il solito Left For Dead ma invece è un ottimo gioco in single player quando non si hanno altri giochi a cui giocare.
