Mortal Kombat X es el primer gran contendiente multiplataforma de la lucha de nueva generación que llega a nuestro país. El juego de NetherRealm hereda elementos que ya vimos en su predecesor y en Injustice, algo que se nota en respuesta de los personajes, pero también marca perfil propio con un producto muy cuidado y repleto de contenido: casi treinta personajes (con tres estilos para cada uno que varían sustancialmente su control), un elenco de modalidades offline y online pensado para disfrutarse durante semanas y nuevas mecánicas de combate que lo hacen accesible y versátil. El juego evoluciona y amplía la fórmula que vimos hace cuatro años con una gran variedad de opciones dentro del marco de su fórmula distinta a otros juegos (en timming, control, particularidades) , accesible pero con suficientes posibilidades para profundizar en él. Buen acabado audiovisual, con matices a mejorar tanto en lo visual como en lo sonoro, y un homenaje a la visceralidad que siempre ha acompañado a la saga con una gran cantidad de fatalities y brutalities por descubrir. Lástima de la política de DLC anunciada y la ausencia de algún personaje mítico de la saga.
