Although many of Squanch’s previous titles were firmly rooted in VR, High On Life was built from the ground up for traditional flatscreen devices.

High On Life is single player only. There is no multiplayer.

Actor JB Smoove will produce and star in adaptation of FPS High on Life
Here's another video game about to get adapted into a TV series. This time it's the humoristic FPS High on Life, released back in December 2022.
According to Deadline, the animated series will be produced by American actor JB Smoove, who may also play a character.
High On Life is available on PS5 and PS4

I've fully played this game on the PS5, (with the exception of the High On Knife DLC), and it has been amazing. It goes from a 10 year old kid alien calling you fresh meet and tempting you to kill him to a boss trying to make a superhero landing but accidentally killing himself.

Got annoying fast. I can only be called a "stupid ***" so many times before you start to think that the game creators actually do dislike you. I know, you can turn off the voices, but the gameplay isn't so great either. The port to PC is not great. Might be ok with a console, but still. Ugh.
