It's free to play and in early access! By ranking, I say it's a 9 out of 10 already. Even tho, I had some trouble using the keyboards and navigating was a bit hard for me at the beginning. However, in the long run, you'll figure out how everything eventually works if you never played such a game. For me it was the first time.

I don't need the multiplayer-mode but you can farm to some extent with a friend together (but there's not much you can do "together"—I'm sure this will improve with future updates). It has a bunch of seasonal events where you can grab some unique goodies for free. Make sure to get them, as they are rare and don't come back. You can support the team with some in-game skin purchases, and it's not expensive. Even the DLC is awesome to expand some features and get some goodies. I decided to buy the DLC via their in-game store, as I want to support that team. Overall, I really like it and I'm happy to be in Palia. A beautiful world that I can explore along with other players and incredibly well-written characters. Can't wait to see what the final product will offer.
