Wildgate’s first major update is here!

TWO NEW GAME MODES
Wildgate now offers two new game modes that aim to provide a more casual experience for smaller crews and where PVP becomes more optional (Treasure Hunt) and a big-team-space-battle mode (Fleet Battle). Artifact Brawl (formerly named Artifact Hunt) continues to be part of the game!

Treasure Hunt: Enter the Reach, salvage valuable treasure, and escape without getting blown up! This one’s a (slightly) more relaxed looting expedition across the Reach. Fight AI ships, complete quests, gather treasure, and extract whenever you choose to turn your haul into rewards.

Fleet Battle: Large-scale ship combat for up to 24 players. Two teams field up to three ships each, earning points by blasting enemies, respawning ships to stay in the fight, or securing Artifacts. Fast-paced, low-stakes fleet combat where you jump in and keep the action rolling.

NEW PROSPECTOR: CHARLIE
A psionic support character who can instantly revive teammates, teleport to allies within 150m, and be healed by cosmic storms, radiation, fire and shockfields.

NEW SHIP: THE OUTLAW
A solo or 2-person crew ship designed for smaller teams that flies faster and is resistant to boarding. This ship can be played in most game modes.

NEW PLACES & ENCOUNTERS
We’ve introduced a new Alien POI and a harsher Dead Worlds region that bring you new challenges and roaming threats across the Reach. Designed for intense PVP battles between rival crews fighting for the loot inside.

Wildgate is a PVPVE multiplayer shooter that blends tactical ship-to-ship combat with fast-paced first-person action.

Blast your enemies with hi-tech cannons and gadgets, lure them into deadly traps, or even mess with their ship... as long as they don't sabotage yours first. When your perfect plan goes out the airlock, there's only one option... wing it!


Stay one step ahead as you and your crew navigate the Reach — a vast, ever-changing procedurally-generated map that changes with every game.


Choose from a variety of daring prospectors, each with their own abilities and tools. Whether you want to be a brave pilot holding down the ship or a clever trickster boarding enemy ships, there's no wrong way to commit space crimes!


The Reach is a dangerous, unpredictable place, filled with deadly hazards and treasure beyond your wildest dreams. Navigate through cosmic storms, battle space creatures, and plunder ancient alien ruins for lost caches of loot. Just make sure you beat the other prospectors to the punch, or you'll fly away empty-handed!


Artifacts are the most valuable objects in the known universe. Be the first to find one, snatch it, and pass through the Wildgate, or destroy the ships of every other crew and be the last crew standing.
