Great game, great Soulslike. The Leveldesign is wonderful, the Bosses are designed at its best and getting more difficult with the game progress. New Ideas, nothing Bad about it.

Looks cheap

My PC can play it with no issues. I leave the bad review to the combat. Not for me at all. Very delayed movements, feels clunky, bad hit boxes, enemies do not have any stagger whereas the player does, unless you use axe. The enemies are super fast the player is a slowpoke.

I much prefer a harder but fair system.

This one lead will lead cheese builds because of the unfairness. Leading to a more one button killall pony trick, which leads to no fun. Whereas I was looking for a more of dance like From software games does very well. It's hard but fair.

I bought the game played it for 4 hours trying to like it but ultimately it's not worth your time and money right now. The combos and dodge/parry feel bad. The attack animations go on for too long and the enemies poise right through it. You end up taking damage with no way of mitigating it. There might be something here but the devs need to work on it more. But going by their so called optimization patch it doesn't feel like they want to put in the work.

Why does Wu Chang feel like a weak game?
