Description

In 2013 the world was devastated by an apocalyptic event, annihilating almost all mankind and turning the earth’s surface into a poisonous wasteland. A handful of survivors took refuge in the depths of the Moscow underground, and human civilization entered a new Dark Age.

The year is 2033. An entire generation has been born and raised underground, and their besieged Metro Station-Cities struggle for survival; with each other, and the mutant horrors that await outside.

You are Artyom, born in the last days before the fire, but raised underground. Having never ventured beyond the city limits, one fateful event sparks a desperate mission to the heart of the Metro system, to warn the remnants of mankind of a terrible impending threat.

Your journey takes you from the forgotten catacombs beneath the subway to the desolate wastelands above, where your actions will determine the fate of mankind.

Amazing game. The outside world and the metro of Moscow are magnificent. The only bad thing about the game is that it is a bit too short. It's like 8-10 hours gameplay

Beautiful game indeed.
The ambience is awesome post apocalyct Russia (i have a weak point for PA environment), it's like a modern Fall Out mixed a bit with Resident Evil, except its not that open world, you don't have any customization and it's short, but for the price you going to like it a lot.

Story rich game as expected, after all its a bestseller book, nice graphics and very good mechanics. I gave 80 only because the last light is a 90! I can't wait for the new one *exodus* I hope this one will be 100!

I just finished the game and i was loving it!
The gameplay is great+
+Unique storyline !
+decent hitboxes
+nice graphics
+fun treasure hunt ( the books,loot,ammo..).
+can be scary, wich i like !

things that i did to make the game a bit more easy.
-From the start you'll get an option to upgrade your guns
So i fully upgraded my AK-47 that's amazing for one taps!

i highly recommend this game to any horror/fps lovers out there.
