Napoleon and empire total war with this discount is just a steal. Both games are really fun. I don't really have anything else to say but wait until these games are back in stock!. I really want to push you guys to get this.

Comparatively both games are very similar in terms of mechanics, however Total War Napoleon is the superior game in terms of the campaigns and tweaked gameplay features. At times both games get tedious as you try and organise your troops on a vast battlefield in a monotonous fashion. The pacing of battles is very slow which may be agonising as you wait for the battle to end however, you truly are branded by and impression of patriotism and imperialism in both games as they feel extremely immersive of the colonial atmosphere of the 18th/19th centuries in terms of uniforms, historical settings and weaponry.
  • Made line battles seem fun
  • Naval battles were a great experience
  • Well driven strategy focused gameplay with different troop archetypes to utilise
  • Very slow paced battles
  • Often auto resulting a battle leaves you disgraced
  • Gets very tedious and mundane at times
