i LOVE The game and this pack makes it better u get all this for WAY cheaper then on steam, it's amazing. u can get like 1-3 packs depending on the price for ONE On steam!
Love the webiste and everything has gone smoothly!
Very unrealistic hunting simulation. It takes too long to change the rifle, take the binoculars, when you hit an animal in the head it runs, and runs, sometimes you spend 5-6 bullets and it's still alive and you literally run after it for 30 minutes. to get 480 dollars. The animal almost never gets tired, I don't believe it's like that in reality! Some rifles cost 40,000 dollars... How much do I have to play to earn? Too slow progress in the game and literally just hours of work!
I always had a thing for hunting games ever since I was a child, simply because of how relaxing they can be. Hunter: Call of the Wild is no exception. It's a good hunting game, but there are things I don't like about it.
Playing Hunter: CotW, as a base game, feels like playing a barebones demo of the Hunter. I absolutely dislike how so many essential features that should have been there need to be bought as DLCs. The good thing is that the game is often discounted. But even then, I feel like dogs, quads and equipment like tents should simply be there in the base game. For me, the game got really fun only when I bought myself those things and a DLC with new, more powerful rifles. I appreciate how only one person has to own the map DLC in order for people to play it in multiplayer.
Maps, both base and paid ones, are good and I really like the sceneries, as well as the variety of biomes. You can easily immerse yourself in nature, and just walking around and observing the animal life itself feels great. Sound effects are also pretty good. Hunting feels realistic, by the way animals seek shelter or go out drinking at specific timeframes. However, one thing I think could be better is the animal animations. Animations on animals are really weird once they hear gunfire or get shot. I understand that they're supposed to be agitated but the animations are really unnatural. Draw distance is also something I find really annoying, and that goes both for objects and animals. You often spot an animal, and after zooming in on it you lose sight because a random rock spawns in between. Animals also disappear beyond a certain distance, and it kind of breaks the immersion, as observing is one of the main factors in this game.
Dogs as companions are pretty buggy and often get stuck in random terrain with no option to respawn them.
What I must mention, the fact that this game is just over 100GB is insane. I understand that by now there have been a ton of reserves released, but you should allow players to choose which ones they want to download on their devices in order to save space.
Overall, it's a fun and relaxing experience. Once you get your first diamond trophy, you really get addicted to hunting for more. And you have an option to play with friends, which can really be a lot of fun.
Animation in this game are perfect. I have a RTX3070 and the quality is on Ultra. The sound of nature its perfect. I'm in love with this game. Some parts of the maps when you explore it its just exploring, because its nothing to hunt there. But its ok that too.
The render of nature in background its not so good.
This is the best game when it comes to combine fun and realistic hunting feeling. It can be very frustrating but the excitment you get when spoting an animal is insane. Good developers nice community.
