Code already redeemed. Contacted InstantGaming. They sent me to EA support asking for informations that EA couldn't provide me. IG gives a new key instead of the refund I asked. New key is used. IG expects me to go have endless chats with the obnoxious and unpolite EA support members. I'm either talking to a bot or they just can't be bothered reading ticket history or something like this. Both EA and IG can go to that place at this point, I don't want any refund anymore at this point. Never had such an awful experience in my life.
