Even now, over 60 days later, I still haven’t received any support. Two tickets remain open, but I’ve completely given up hope of any resolution.
I purchase the Deluxe Edition, mainly to enjoy early access and support the project… but that investment was completely wasted. I refuse to start over knowing this issue has affected many other players (just check Reddit), and that it could happen again at any time — with zero accountability from the developers.
Funcom = nonexistent support.
This was my last time buying anything from them.
