The brand-new Knockout Tour mode is an absolute must-try for any Mario Kart enthusiast. It's especially thrilling when played online or with friends, quickly escalating into a super competitive and incredibly fun experience that demands quick thinking and daring maneuvers.

Beyond the structured races, the open world provides a delightful playground. Missions are scattered everywhere, offering ample opportunities to unlock a vast array of costumes and stickers, giving players an unprecedented level of personalization for their karts and characters. However, a major drawback is the price point. While the game is brimming with content, I struggle to justify the full retail value Nintendo has set. The only reason I personally acquired it was by pre-ordering the Nintendo Switch 2 with the Mario Kart World bundle. If you manage to snag this bundle, effectively paying around $50 for the game, then it undeniably becomes a worthwhile purchase. Otherwise, my strong recommendation is to wait for a significant discount before diving into Mario Kart World.
