Transform the open-world into your tactical playground by grinding, vaulting and wall-running across the city while using a devastating, unconventional arsenal. With hyper-agility, unique weapons, and customizable special abilities, Sunset Overdrive rewrites the rules of traditional shooters and delivers an explosive, irreverent, stylish, and totally unique adventure exclusively to Xbox One.

Sunset Overdrive (developed by Insomniac Games) is a fast-paced, irreverent open-world action game that fuses the fluid movement of Jet Set Radio with the wacky, explosive arsenal of Ratchet & Clank. Set in a vibrant post-apocalyptic city over-run by energy-drink mutants, its gameplay revolves entirely around maintaining momentum by grinding, wall-running, and bouncing across the skyline while firing outrageous weapons

Verdict: 8/10 — A cult-classic action sandbox that delivers pure, unadulterated fun. Just grab a gamepad to play it on PC
  • Exceptional, addicting movement system that makes navigating the open world an absolute joy
  • No Multiplayer: The original Xbox One 8-player "Chaos Squad" co-op mode was stripped out of the PC release
