Learn to master land, air and sea with the Hearts of Iron IV - Starter Edition. This package includes:

  • Hearts of Iron IV base game: Play any nation on earth in the lead up to WW2, directing its research, industrial production, political fate and military operations. Includes the Together for Victory, Waking the Tiger, and Death or Dishonor expansions, formerly sold separately.
  • Man the Guns: This naval themed expansion gives you complete control of the sea lanes of the world. Design your own ships, negotiate naval treaties, reroute shipping to avoid dangerous areas, and explore new content for Mexico, the Netherlands, and alternate American and British histories.
  • Allied Armor Pack: Over 50 new armor sprites to represent historic tank, tank destroyer and mobile artillery units from the Allied forces.
  • Allied Speech Music Pack: Listen to 70 minutes of inspiring speeches from major leaders of the Allied cause in World War II. Thirteen different speeches are included, with selections from Churchill, Chamberlain, MacArthur and more.

Bought 2 codes for my friends and I got them instantly and they were fully functioning. Great website with great UX, highly recommend. Purchase did not take longer than a few seconds and the key was given instantly and shown clearly.

It's a very good, immersive game, hard enough for new players, but once you get the hang of it, it's very satisfying to play, and allows you to develop your strategy in a video game.

On the negative side, the AI is very annoying during peace conferences, which are very random and affect the quality of the game.

The DLC is very good, but a little expensive for my taste.

I had a good sale on this one. It cost me less than £5 and I had so many hours of gaming.
I needed to search a lot about how the game mechanism works because, after reaching 100hours of playing, I still didn't know the basics :)

It reminds me of the old turn-based games where I could spend countless hours and still have no ending. The other day, I wanted to "set up" my chosen country for war. The next thing I knew, it was over 6 am, and I needed to leave home... If you are like me, you have to set up time reminders!
  • You can choose any country to control
  • So many DLCs to buy if you want to adjust some mechanism.
  • Many free mods available!
  • It takes time to learn the basics
  • It's not a quick match game at all.
  • Computer slows down after the first years.

I love this game, even though when it takes alot of time and is very high risk high reward it's so fun to crush your enemies or defend against them.

Downloaded game is incredibly laggy and it's not computer's fault because it far surpasses the recommended specs. I have tried everything to make it work but every time I boot it up, I can't go an entire in-game day without a massive lag spike.

HOI4 allows players to experience the story they already love in a new way without losing any of the beauty from the original game. New and old characters get their chance to shine through and steal your heart, even the ones you never expected to. You’ll laugh, you’ll cry, and maybe you’ll even feel a sense of justice for the infamous Allies in the end. But one thing you won’t feel is regret in picking up HOI4, as it’s truly the best HOI title, if not one of the best video games, I’ve ever experienced to date.

It's a lot of fun but super hard. its a game that you can spend 30 hours on and still make no progress and expand your country but with enough knowledge you will think its super fun. I think it's worth buying and giving it a try

Hearts of Iron IV is a WWII strategy game (the best out there). It focuses on historical accuracy, but you can always turn historical focuses off, and you can recreate history. There are also mods, a big community. Overall a PERFECT strategy game.
