6/10 A very interesting concept that combines turn-based strategy and deckbuilding. The game offers more than enough content for its very affordable price. If you're looking for something like the Civ series but don’t want that "one more turn" turns into hours and hours, this is the right choice.

  • Solid card selection and nation development strategies
  • Satisfying selection of nations, each truly unique in its own way
  • Very solid UI and graphics design
  • The game is not optimized for late-game, both in terms of performance and gameplay-mechanics
  • Lack of any diplomatic options, war is the only solution from the very start
  • The inability to see which tile, marked as active, belongs to a specific city (no "city-zones")
