I really enjoyed the combat, which is fun and engaging. The story can feel repetitive with constant back-and-forth errands, and traveling the roads may become tedious. Still, the spells are great. Overall, a solid 6/10.

Price was great, order was fine, instant and automated steam key delivery.

Game is good, improved a lot in last 2 years - especially pawn AI and its demands on your hardware. Things not fixed on PC: game crashes after +/- 10 minutes in character creator (probably full VRAM). Game crashes during a throne cinematic (probably full VRAM), no other cinematic does that. Game crashes when being in vocation menu for too long (not full VRAM, just Capcom incompetency to fix).

Game is poorly optimized, enemies are all samey in the wider world.

As opposed to the first game, there are no random missions to work to get any sense of "participating" in the world aside from stumbling upon the one-off pawn getting its teeth kicked in by a Minotaur or troll.

It’s very good, although I made the mistake of listening to my intrusive thoughts and might have soft locked one the quest line so I would recommend but try to not listen to your intrusive thoughts too much

This is a good second game in the series. Finished my story in about 90h. Might have missed or failed some sidequests.( damn you sphinx ).

Had a couple of total game freezes but nothing really stopping me from playing.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a challenge that is manageable.
  • No hand holding - only basic tutorials
  • No easy fast travel
  • Looks great and sounds great
  • No easy fast travel (lots of walking back and forth in the beginning)
  • Romance system not developed. No info about how much someone likes you. ( there is something but nothing in a menu)
