Nautical Sims can even take the helm of fully customizable houseboats and set sail between islands! If your Sims would rather be in the water than on it, they can snorkel and scuba dive their way through the ocean. Who knows, they might uncover sunken treasure or befriend a mermaid! With innovative features never before seen in The Sims PC franchise and a world of new possibilities on land and in sea, your Sims will reap the benefits of their own island paradise.

KEY FEATURES

  • Set sail for adventure. Be it by paddleboat or speedboat, your Sims can now leave port to discover new lands and explore like never before, from inter-island travel to discovering their own uncharted island. Landlubbers need not apply!
  • Build and run a five-star resort. Create a family-friendly resort of waterslides and buffet tables, a romantic retreat dotted with minimalist cottages, or a singles resort featuring multiple pool bars where Sims can mingle and flirt. Choose and fine-tune your amenities, set your prices, and wait for the reviews—and Simoleons—to pour in. The higher your star rating, the more popular your resort will be!
  • Life is a beach. See what surprises await under the sea as your Sims build their skills in snorkeling/scuba diving. Your Sims may find themselves on the shore of a new island or discover sunken or buried treasure.
  • Boat sweet boat. Whether your Sims love the water or are just prone to wanderlust, a houseboat may be the perfect abode. Houseboats are fully customizable and can be moored at any open port, so if your Sims tire of the view, relocate to a new locale!
  • New ways to build. New stilted foundations give your Sims the best of both worlds—a home that’s partially on the water and partially on land. Build a resort, create travelling houseboats, and customize your very own island paradise for your Sims!

I started playing sims 4 but sims 3 is so so much better. The game content and interactions are so much better than sims 4.

i like it when we’re able to have these more ”special” packs that actually makes the game feel more fun and explorable. i know a lot of people say it’s laggy but maybe i haven’t played enough yet for me to agree. for me the sims 3 in general isn’t laggy at all

Even though I think it's quite niche and laggy at times, the Sims team offered us much more than they did with the Sims 4, which is truly shocking. Hotels are seemingly entertaining and so are the water activities

Your Sims will be able to explore by boat, go SCUBA diving, live in a houseboat or even build and run their own resorts. Nautical Sims can discover new islands, uncover sunken treasure and even befriend a mermaid! Nice I am so lookin foward to playing this Extention.

I'm not gonna lie, I thought this wouldn't work, but to my surprise it did! The pack is fun too! I love the boating and house boating system! Also, I didn't get much lag! Beware of lag on your computer while playing this game because this pack has a routing issue. Other than that is a 100 from me!

Worth Buying if you like the tropical theme. A lot of additional content and it's filled with adventure. The world (Isla Paradiso) is beautiful but it is laggy. The option to be a mermaid is available! Additionally, you can own a houseboat, manage a resort and scuba dive to find treasure. Enjoy! x

A great addition to the sims 3 franchise, has a LOT less annoying features than the other games (i'm looking at you celebrity status). The new styles are great, even kids and toddlers get some cool stuff. The reintroduction of pool slides is something i've wanted for ages and to have it along with a bunch of new cool items is great.
The new worlds to explore with the underwater features and hidden islands are super fun and all around its a good game. Definitely worth it!

How cool this expansion this is! This is really good expansion pack, a lot of content added, awesome new skills, neighborhood, new profession, but game is WAY TOO LAGGY while playing in Isla Paradiso.
