In this procedural open-world action-adventure, your character and worlds are saved separately. Unlock new gear, acquire skills and find crafting recipes that you can take anywhere. Start a new world for a fresh adventure, or jump into a friend's game fully geared up. Every world keeps its own story. Every character keeps its own progression.

An extraterrestrial power journey

Discover a sentient cube that allows you to effortlessly gather resources and scan your surroundings. Upgrade it to level up its capabilities. Unlock powerful alien abilities as you progress, opening up new ways to traverse the world with moves like dashing and double-jumping.

Plant alien seeds to reshape a sub-arctic open world 

Find or craft alien seeds that let you transform your world, and open new possibilities. Planting them unlocks unique new areas and resources, but beware of the new threats you might unleash on your world.

Find the science expedition that went silent in the mist

Unearth what happened. The further you go the more dangerous the world becomes. Meet a cast of characters across the world, each with their own insights about the events unfolding around you. 

Survive the cold and build your survival skills 

Cold kills. Hunger slows you down. Go too deep without the right gear and you won't come back. Enemies, resources, and secrets all evolve with depth, and so do the rewards. Discover and explore alien structures in your search for more skills to unlock and weapons to craft.  

Tune your loadout for what’s stalking the next clearing

Switch between visceral gunplay and heavy melee, use gadgets, and improve your loadout to combat threats the mist unleashes. A deep and modular weapon mod system will let you play the way you want.
