NAME OF THE WILL - PC (Steam)

Pain is freedom. Even death becomes the highest honor. Let your troubles lose their sting, let mourning fall away, and find the relief you have been denied.

Welcome to HOPE, Neighbor.

Survive a suffocating atmosphere of fear-based compliance, and conform to a cult’s blood-curdling behavior codes while under the watchful eye of its masked members.

COMPLIANCE MEASURED, DEFIANCE PUNISHED

HOPE’s seven-strike Conduct System scores every hesitation, every stray thought, every refusal. Your fate is calculated, and certain infractions of the code will increase your score, leading to all kinds of mysterious outcomes.

BY DAY, BLEND INTO THE LIE

Every act is watched. Every word is weighed. Pose as a perfect cult disciple: don a painted smile, maintain a spotless record, and perform daily duties to avoid suspicion:

• Attend Education courses… where failing quizzes will result in severe punishment

• Cooperate during interrogations… where certain answers may cost fellow members their lives

• Select the day’s victim for painful Reformation rituals

AT NIGHT, UNCOVER THE TRUTH

• Piece together clues strewn about HOPE’s 34-floor facility

• Hack forbidden systems and infiltrate off-limits backstage areas that shed light on HOPE’s unsettling origins

• Relive traumatic memory fragments that surface as artifacts and diary pages, unveiling the truth behind 3279’s arrival

• Avoid the Benevolent Father, HOPE’s leader, who lurks in the halls and sacrifices anyone caught snooping
