Gerade wegen der neuen Bruch-Manöver war ich anfangs skeptisch, schließlich können neue Mechaniken die Balance eines Fighting-Games stören und somit nach hinten losgehen. Im Test stellen sie sich dann jedoch als willkommene Ergänzung heraus, die sich wunderbar ins flüssige Kampfsystem einfügen und neue taktische Möglichkeiten eröffnen. Die herrlich knackigen Kämpfe sind noch immer die größte Stärke der Serie und spielen sich in Dead or Alive 6 geschmeidiger denn je.

Besonders gut gefallen mir zudem die neuen DOA-Quests, in die bereits etliche Stunden meiner Lebenszeit geflossen sind. Dank motivierenden Sternen-Jagd sowie abwechslungsreichen Missionszielen entwickeln die Quests eine Sogwirkung, der ich mich kaum entziehen kann und die mich sicherlich noch lange fest im Griff haben wird.
