Description

Welcome to Vice City. Welcome to the 1980s.

From the decade of big hair, excess and pastel suits comes a story of one man's rise to the top of the criminal pile. Vice City, a huge urban sprawl ranging from the beach to the swamps and the glitz to the ghetto, was one of the most varied, complete and alive digital cities ever created. Combining open-world gameplay with a character driven narrative, you arrive in a town brimming with delights and degradation and given the opportunity to take it over as you choose.

Having just made it back onto the streets of Liberty City after a long stretch in maximum security, Tommy Vercetti is sent to Vice City by his old boss, Sonny Forelli. They were understandably nervous about his re-appearance in Liberty City, so a trip down south seemed like a good idea. But all does not go smoothly upon his arrival in the glamorous, hedonistic metropolis of Vice City. He's set up and is left with no money and no merchandise. Sonny wants his money back, but the biker gangs, Cuban gangsters, and corrupt politicians stand in his way. Most of Vice City seems to want Tommy dead. His only answer is to fight back and take over the city himself.

Played this on my PS2 all the times.

I can ramble about how great this game is, and I will argue that this is better than III and SA.

Story's great.

Mission's are great, some are tedious, others are fun.

I'm STILL not paying for DE.

Give me a steam option instead, so I can downgrade it :)

Do I really need to say something? Just get the fucking game and play it!
If you didn't yet, you missed something.

Would still call it a "masterpiece" in 2020 & with that said:
It's with San Andreas one of the best games ever developed.

Whats there to be said about this game that hasn't already been said? Simply put this game is a classic, whether it be the music, the game play or the story this game is simply amazing. A game that stands on its own, in a franchise of many great titles. This game is a classic and every GTA fan should play it if they already haven't.

  • The aesthetics and game play still hold up today.
  • Endless hours of fun just roaming around.
  • Turning off Frame Limiter can cause issues with vehicle physics.

This was one of my childhood favourite game so when I saw it was cheap,I just bought it!The story of the game is awesome.I recommend this game to those who didn't had the chance to play it!An good overall game to play when bored or just to bring old memories!

Ai tempi della sua uscita l'ho finito almeno 2 volte, dopo ore e ore a scarrozzare RockStars, Pornostars, a fare il taxista, a guidare l'ambulanza uccidendo pedoni per salvare malati.
L'ho preso qui su Instant Gaming ora perchè ai tempi me lo avevano prestato, e sebbene i segni del tempo si vedano, per me resta il miglior GTA al momento disponibile per PC.
Saranno gli anni '80, sarà la trama mista di Carlito's Way e Scarface, sarà la mappa della giusta dimensione, ma dopo averci giocato di nuovo un'oretta mi è già tornata la voglia di finirlo l'ennesima volta.
Unica cosa che non ho mai digerito: la telecamera in auto nelle curve, il cui ritardo nel riportarsi in asse rende lo sterzare un po' cieco. Ah...e poi un altro problema è che, appena scaricato GTA mi crashava continuamente ( aprendolo) per colpa della risoluzione, ma poi ho risolto scaricando una patch (fatta dagli utenti)

Très bon jeux pour un vieux bestiaux ! Mais très bon jeux me rappelant pas mal de souvenir quand même, j'ai adoré les anciens GTA, même si le 5 n'es pas si mal.

C'est tout ce que j'avais à dire, sur ceux, bon jeux à tous.
