About Death World
Death World is an immersive single and multiplayer experience that puts you to an atmospheric post-apocalyptic world where you must fight alone or with your friends for survival. Not only hunger and thirst will gradually afflict you, but also zombies infected by an unknown pathogen will become more and more of a problem for you.
To ensure your survival you have to build simple and advanced weapons, build shelter, kill zombies and make sure you have enough food and drink at all times.
Meanwhile, you can explore an epic atmospheric world and find new places again and again.


Key Features
Our key features will gradually develop in line with our roadmap. The features listed here represent only a small part of our incredible experience.

Open World
In Death World you can discover an atmospheric open world. Here you will discover different places whether in the abandoned modern age or in the overgrown nature.

Zombie System
On your way of survival you will gradually encounter zombies of different strengths. But you can also get good equipment from them and improve yourself with it!

Day / Night System
Not only the atmosphere and immersion are improved by the day-night system. Also at night more and stronger zombies will come, which want to get at your flesh.

Weather System
Fight your way through the beautiful sunshine at sunset as well as the pouring rain during a thunderstorm.

Resource System
Cut down trees, mine rocks and use them to build new weapons, items etc.




About the Story
Imagine a world at war. For many years the Corrupt Government has promised better days and an end to suffering. But modern warfare no longer consists of simple nuclear weapons. Bio-weapons are the new trend and they have already been used successfully. The pressure on the security bunkers is increasing, both by the threat of the still unknown pathogen, which resurrects corpses of starved and thirsty people.

Death World is expected to be released at July of 2021. We would like to point out that we are a young development studio and therefore can only give a very imprecise time.

At first I thought it was a crappy game.
But the developers put a lot of time into it. Bringing in one update after another.
The game gets better and better and more and more extensive.
I am looking forward to further updates. :)

I just don't think it's fair to the Devs, as some here judge. It seems to me that they all think that this is a Tripple A Title.
It's a hobby project if you would deal with it a little bit and not immediately judge you would know that.
Sure there is a lot to do.
The Devs see the mistakes, their problems and work on it.
Better than with many other EarlyAccess games you can see a progress here.
Please don't listen to the quark that some people write here and form your own opinion. Because you can ignore an opinion that only contains Flame and no constructive criticism

Hey, I just wanted to leave a little review right there. I like general Openworld co-op games which is reflected in this game. In addition, a built-in zomby system which gives you the challenge day and night to fight for survival. Also a point that I personally find important in such a game, is the weather system which is supplemented from sunny days to stormy nights. The Simple Storyline is also easy to understand. I hope you can expect some updates to the game in the future.

Okay, first I should mention that I got the game as a beta tester.
The game itself is pretty fun to play. Even though it is still an early access I already spent hours in it. I feel like this game has the potential to become very big.

Very nice game !, atmosphere comes into its own and it's really fun to explore the world with Unreal Engine: D. In my view, a small one for every survival or story game fan. Smaller graphic bugs that will hopefully be fixed :)

The game is fantastic, everyone who is a fan of DayZ, The Forest comes here at his expense. Of course, you should not forget that this game is still in its infancy and is therefore constantly being improved. But even that will take time, I can only recommend everyone to test it.

In itself a really great game, I hope it goes on like this! I played it with some friends and it was really fun. But there not really much to do. My hope is that it will change in the futer but i see the potential

The game is really poor at the moment, but I think that if developpers will take care of it, it will we a great product. I had some problems during game, like stairs.. I don't know if you can use them, but there are some floors you can reach only in that way. ANOTHER BIG PROBLEM IS THAT I CAN'T USE THE MAP EVEN IF I PRESS M KEY! Let me know if you know more about it. However, I hope to see frequent updates, keep working!

I like the game
Reminiscent of Rust and The Forest
Especially the Forest, which didn't have much in the beginning and became really good in the end.
The game has been in development for a month now and already has a lot to offer.
The game world is great with its forests.
Varied areas like factory sites, villages etc.
And for the price absolutely ok.!

The game is still very young. But in general I think it's really good. Graphics are top and the developers in the Discord are really nice. Constantly updates and 3€ are really ok.

The game is still in a very early development. But you can already see good approaches. Multiplayer capable so you can play with your friends. Just switch off for a few hours, do some sounding, building etc.Constant updating of the game, the developers listen to the users. And try to adapt it to your wishes Cool game

Yeah its an Early Access Game.
The Game is not finished at all.
But the setting in general is very interesting.
The mechanics are good and the game gets constant updates.
For three euros it's a real snap
