One of my favorite DlC's for the game. If you're contemplating which one to get, it's definitely this one. I mainly bought it because I finished the base game and I got bored of the garden DLC. This DLC offers a few hours, or even days of jobs (depending how often you play)

As it is clearly said in description this DLC though it adds solid number of extra tasks plus solid number of extra items.
Also you can see photos of houses you did before and after
It is near beach and you can get house on beach also

expands more on original game with more content

this is a dlc not a game and you can not play it without buying the base game, this would be fine if this site said that it was a dlc but it says that this is a game. this is a warning for anyone who is thinking of buying it without having the original house flipper game.
