The protagonist is a kind young man living in a remote village. In order to save his sister Yonah, who fell terminally ill to the Black Scrawl, he sets out with Grimoire Weiss, a strange talking tome, to search for the "Sealed verses."

Experience the NieR Replicant story for the first time in the west through the eyes of the protagonist as a brother.

I abosutely loved this game, I never imagined myself playing a game like this. I am usualy a fps type of gamer, like csgo gta etc.. I never ever played nor was interested into playing a game like this. But I saw my friend play this game once on the ps4 and I really liked the ambience of it, so i said F it and lets give it a shot. I can only say that was a decision I will never regret making, the story is amazing, the music to die for and characters too. Please try out this game, its so heavly underrated. Nier Automata is great too and if you played Automata and loved it, this game is a MUST

I din't paly original Nier but this port feels good, I liked combat system and mediun difficulty is pretty balanced. The soundrack is beautiful, I like the sad tone, it's appropriate for the "true" story.

I haven't experienced technical iusses, I suggest using a gamepad (I used PS4 dualshock and worked smoothly) instead of mouse / keyboard
