Well I think 1 star is adequate as their "24/7 support" is obviously either terribly undermanned or just completely incompetent.
I might change the rating to 2 stars if I receive a working key within the next 24 hours, by which I will have been waiting for 72 hours in which my friends have practically completed the entire game :)
