I bought the game not realizing it was 32-bit and I couldn't run it on my MacOS. I contacted EA customer support and explained that I bought the game but can't run 32-bit and then they switched me over to the 64-bit game in quite literally less than 30 seconds!!

Other than this small mistake, the code worked perfectly fine, 10/10.

I downloaded it on Windows and successfully redeemed the code in the EA app. The launcher pops up but when I press the play button it just takes me back to the EA app. Idk whats wrong :/

worked fast and well, love it (btw dont download on mac bc its 32bit). everything runs smoothly and it was so easy to redeem and im so happy with this, especially the fact i only had to pay a £1. thank youu

Like the other reviews stated, this is 32-bit. I downloaded it anyway and contacted EA customer service who granted me access to the 64-bit. Totally worth it for the price!

Just a heads up:

If you have an M-series Macbook and wish to play The Sims 3, you will have to reach out to EA Customer Service in order to get the 64 bit version. I wasn't aware of this until I did a search on Reddit, so I'm sharing that here for anyone with an M-series Macbook like me. <3

Wouldn't let me save my game. Tried Uninstaller and reinstalling a few times. Says I need to log i to origin to take something out. Bit when I try it says origin no longer exists. So it was a waste of money

I bought the game from here and sadly it wasn't compatible on my mac, since the game runs 32-bit . I saw in the comments of this that people have been able to fix the issue by contacting EA support and they have fixed it for them with no complications. But when i tried it, they said it's not possible since the code is only windows compatible. Instant Gaming did not state clearly it not being compatible for Mac on this listing. Pretty sad since i can't buy the game full price right now and was so excited to try the older sims titles. I don't recommend you buy it if you have MacOS, cause its not guaranteed EA can fix it for you. :(

It’s legit and my sims works perfectly!
For this price it is very nice and the payment is very easy. The sims 3 is not laggy at all.
But I don’t like that it is almost every time out of stock.

I have a windows laptop and it worked i was nervous at first but it was only $1.81 so i just tried it and i got my code instantly!! so excited because i didnt wanna pay 20$ for the game don’t hesitate

Love the game been playing it for a while but after I got the island paradise and the time traveler pack, it would not let me save so I decided to delete it and download it back still wont let me and one other problem is that it wont let me even go into a map and make a family but it only works when I delete everything and download it then the same thing happens again all over

My personal favorite^^

Love that it has such nice details to everything. Even though i played this game for so long i still discover new things about ts3, it runs ok for me but with some fixes and mods the game runs flawlessly ^^

It's very good. I bought this game after EA messed up the werewolves in the Sims 4 after an update. I love that you can create worlds and sims without limitations.

Ensure your Mac is compatible with the software. If it’s not, it won't open and they won’t help you find a solution. It's a waste of money!
