I personally like this game. I purchased this right after getting into the 2nd game of the series (which is another great game btw) and after reading the steam reviews, I was willing to give this a shot.

What I like about this iteration is that you have lots of recipes from the past two games, but also includes alot of new recipes which are fun and challenging to make.

Regarding the format of this game, the idea of being in a food truck and prepping the food before reaching every station is a cool idea. There are stations with a lot of orders and it makes the game challenging in a fun and rewarding way, as opposed to the previous game where you had rush hours during which no matter how many customers you feed and please, the orders keep piling up infinitely until rush hour is more, which felt much more artificial and challenging in a non-fun and stressful way.

What I personally miss from the last game (which might be an unpopular opinion) are the kitchen tasks like cleaning the dishes and getting rid of bugs. It made it feel much more comical and funny to play somehow, whereas this take is a bit more serious, but also fun to play.

By the way, regarding purchases on this website, it absolutely 100% works. I should say they worked for me, but I have made a handful of purchases on this page and it always worked without any problems whatsoever.
