Very noice game (play it with mods or you would be sad very fast).
It is in fact a great game, if you are into the city-building experience, it's, for now, the best game you could find on the market. It has huge content, good mechanics (even if some issues hold the game back), and the Steam community is putting thousands of hours of work into creating great workshop assets and mods that make the game even better. I'd recommend you to buy it, but I have an advice to give : you should hold back if you can't afford to pay for the most important DLCs (i.e Mass Transportation, Green Cities, After Dark and much more) because your access to a big part of the fundamentals of the game would be compromised. You should also pay attention to have a good PC (at least 16 GB of RAM and a good CPU and GPU) too because you will need one if you want to play with mods (otherwise the game gets boring very fast).

- great commmunity
- amazing mods changing the whole gameplay
- easy to learn mechanics
- huge content (at least w/ DLCs)
- unlimited hours of gameplay as long as you want to create something new
- the vanilla game w/o the mods would quickly feel empty
- it burns your pc if you play with many mods (i recommend this game to good pcs)
- the graphics of the vanilla game feel odd, but the game can look beautiful w/ adapted mods
- most of the content is locked unless you don't have the DLCs so you'll have to pay some bucks to unlock the whole potential of the game
