After the first two selections focused on the genre’s must-plays, we are about to show just how much management games are able to showcase their depth and ability to reinvent themselves. From space colonies and sprawling cities to prehistoric parks, specialty shops, and communities facing the apocalypse, this third selection brings together ten very different experiences that all share the same desire to build, organize, and make our own little world thrive.

Two Point Museum captures the humor and apparent simplicity of the Two Point series, but this time entrusting us with the management of a museum that must be transformed into a must-see. Organizing exhibitions, collecting rare artifacts, managing staff, and keeping visitors happy all come together in an accessible, zany, and particularly addictive experience. Speaking of the prehistoric, check out Jurassic World Evolution 3, where park management takes on a spectacular new dimension as you create and manage a real dinosaur park.

In a different vein, Cities: Skylines II takes the concept of urban construction and management even further by putting an entire city in the player’s hands. Urban planning, transportation, the economy, public services, and population growth must all be constantly monitored to transform a simple plot of land into a functional metropolis.

For those who’d much rather be on another planet, Surviving Mars Relaunched tasks us with the delicate mission of building a viable human colony on the Red Planet, all with limited resources and a particularly hostile environment. In a similar vein, Surviving the Aftermath puts us in charge of a colony trying to rebuild civilization after a global catastrophe. You must manage the survivors, produce enough resources, develop infrastructure, and explore the devastated lands.

TCG Card Shop Simulator transforms an activity as unlikely as running a trading card shop into a full-fledged management game. From designing the store layout to managing inventory, launching new services, and keeping customers happy, every decision helps gradually transform a small shop into a thriving business.

This third selection confirms that management games can take virtually any form imaginable, as long as they give us the tools to build, organize, and develop our own environment.
