The Nintendo Switch 2 isn’t relying solely on its exclusives to expand its catalog—it also plans to feature many games already released on other platforms. Thanks to its increased power, improved screen, and hybrid design that’s as convenient as ever, Nintendo’s console is well-equipped to give a second life to several titles that are well worth checking out. Without further ado, here’s our selection of 15 particularly interesting ports coming to the Switch 2.

The humor-filled space adventure Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: Encore Edition lets you play as Star-Lord and lead a team of superheroes that’s as endearing as it is unpredictable through dynamic battles and a scripted story. In a similar action-packed vein, 007 First Light traces James Bond’s early days and promises to blend stealth, espionage, gadgets, and action sequences worthy of the franchise’s best films.

In the spectacular action game Stellar Blade Complete Edition, EVE attempts to reclaim a devastated Earth by the Naytibas through sometimes challenging battles and exceptionally polished presentation. The excellent Resident Evil 4 Gold Edition is coming soon to Nintendo’s latest console, promising a modern reimagining of the adventures of Leon Kennedy and Ashley, presented in a much better light than in the original 2005 release.

A true gaming phenomenon, Minecraft lets everyone build, explore, and survive in infinitely generated worlds, either alone or with friends. This native Switch 2 version is highly anticipated for its Vibrant Visuals graphical enhancements, revamped lighting, and the ability to transfer worlds from the original Switch. No blocks here—just a perilous climb and a realistic take on rock climbing. Cairn promises an adventure where every handhold and every move can make all the difference.

The latest major installment in Capcom’s hunting saga, Monster Hunter Wilds lets you take on gigantic creatures in vibrant environments while crafting gear from your hunts. Its port to the Switch 2 is among the most anticipated thanks to its technical ambition and online co-op capabilities.

With these fifteen ports, the Nintendo Switch 2 could well become a go-to destination for fans of multiplatform games. This diversity is one of the console’s main strengths: the ability to switch between an epic adventure lasting dozens of hours and a quick on-the-go gaming session.
