As always, Tales Of games never disappoint. Tales of Arise, the latest of the series (excluding the remaster editions) is excellent. The story is captivating, the gameplay is easy to understand and a bit tricky to master, but definitely rewarding, the characters are all awesome, and so on.

The game doesn't require too much of grind despite being a JRPG, which is kinda refreshing when compared to other JRPG like Dragon Quest where half of your game time is spent farming and grinding.

The story, farming and all 70 secondary quests included, took me around 50-60 hours to complete. The additional story from the Beyond The Dawn DLC is equally as good, and is worth the price, giving around 15 to 20 more hours on a chill 100% gameplay.

I'm sure this game is not for everyone but I personally enjoyed this game when I originally did a play through. I have repurchased for pc now and am in the second play and am enjoying it just as much or more this time around. The end is a little long and drawn out but all in all id say it's a very well done game. Good visuals, gun play is quite good. Story is not fantastic but is that why we play these?! It's a bonus to have a great story but not a prerequisite. Id give it a solid 7.5 out of ten. My subjective opinion.

There’s no skill tree,

no new weapons to pick up during missions,

you don’t choose your gear, which is always the same, and there’s nothing to loot.

You can neither lie down nor slide, and the AI is as dumb as a broomstick.

The content is very limited.

Graphically, it’s not bad.

I love this game but after 12 years and 5 differents account on ps3, ps4, ps5, PC (Epic), PC (Steam), It really bothers me to start everytime online mode. Single Player is good but i'm tired of doing it a lot of times bc GTA VI took 13 years to be made.
