I bought Car Mechanic Simulator 2021 and selected Ukraine during the payment process — the country was available in the list, so everything looked fine.

The payment went through and the money was charged successfully.

However, after the purchase I was told that the game cannot be activated in my country.

This makes absolutely no sense: if the game cannot be activated in Ukraine, why was Ukraine available as a selectable country during checkout?

As a result, I paid for a product that I am unable to use.

This is misleading and very frustrating. I expect either a fix or a refund.

A surprisingly fun game that has its own unique take on the "papers please" styled gameplay. You play as a checkpoint worker, sorting through healthy and infected survivors, there's a lot of tools that you can use to spot infections, The game offers a surprising amount of depth, variations of symptoms, base building, upgradable tools and base structures, And you can fight off zombies using a military drone in wave based combat. 10/10 It's definitely worth buyi
